Fine Hand Crafted Sheep Milk Cheeses

Brad and Meg Gregory own and milk about 70 ewes on their farm in Western Washington.

The ewes are a mix of several milking breeds, primarily  East Freisian, Rideau-Arcott, and

Lacuane.  They are a healthy lot and are on pasture as much as the weather permits.

They eat some grain in the milking parlour but are not given hormones or routine antibiotics.

We hope you enjoy the website and our cheeses as they become available through out the year.


Our current cheeses are the Tin Willow Tommes.

We will begin to make the fresh cheese in Mid-March 2010.
