Fine Hand Crafted Sheep Milk Cheeses

Brad and Meg Gregory own and milk about 70 ewes on their farm in Western Washington.  The ewes are a mix of several milking breeds, primarily  East Freisian, Rideau-Arcott, andLacuane.  They are a healthy flock and are on pasture as much as the weather permits.They eat some grain in the milking parlour but are not given hormones or routine antibiotics.

We are blessed by the Backroads Northwest segment on the Black Sheep Creamery.  We plan to have staff available for questions from 10-4 Tuesday to Sunday During the Months of June, July and August.  Saturday 10-4 September to May.

It would not hurt to call ahead as we are a small business and sometimes things come up that may take us away, or if we are haying, you may be drafted!

All markets to begin with Fresh Cheese, the aged cheeses will trickle out over the course of the season
